Government pages connect county controls, commitments, measurements, public records, and original sources. Public browsing does not grant county authority or access to private county controls.

### Enterprise

Enterprise pages explain how reviewed site telemetry, source-backed records, and public signals can use a consistent, place-scoped data shape across approved systems. The public interface is a signal and record interface, not a general chat transcript feed.

### Community

Community pages let a visitor read published updates, inspect public dates, ask questions against an authorized source record, and enter governed interview flows. Interview responses remain private until an authorized review and a separate publication decision.
